About Lewis
Lewis is a member of the young Magicians Club (Magic Circle Youth Initiative), and has been since the age of ten.
Lewis’ interest in magic began at the age of six, when he received his first ‘Marvin's Magic’ set for Christmas. He soon moved on to more grown up magic and card tricks which he learned from his father and grandfather.
At the age of ten Lewis joined the Magic Circle, in the form of the young magicians club (YMC) which was founded by Mr. Richard Stupple in 1996. Whilst at the YMC, Lewis was hand picked, after a short performance of a magic trick, by Paul Daniels and ‘The Lovely Debbie McGee’ to try out for the role of ‘Jack’, the Magicians Apprentice, in the new series of Wizbit. After a screen test, Lewis was offered the role. Filming is due to begin through 2008.
From 2007 Lewis started to advertise his services to family and friends and began to take bookings for magic shows.
In 2008 Lewis met up with three local members of the Magic Circle, who gave up their time to mentor him. These three magicians, Matt, Mark and Dean, had previously been mentored by Mr. Richard Stupple.
